Denplugs offers a 30-Day, 100% refund, return window on any unused products. The request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product according to tracking information, and the product must be in an unused condition.

If the item has been used, but all components and packaging are in good condition, items will be returnable, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If any parts are missing, Denplugs reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price.

Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Orders placed through Denplugs.com will typically ship within 2 business days.

Shipping carriers (and on-site options) may vary depending on the order size and time/date of the order.

Due to the nature of this product, exchanges are not allowed. You may return items via the process above, and order a new product if you choose.
